We aim to deliver all standard mainland US standard deliveries within 3-7 working days. Remote locations, adverse conditions or courier-specific issues may cause delays. Sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer.
Returns:
Simply return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we will not be able to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on used items. We are unable to process a refund or exchange on Mascara. We can only accept returns or exchanges for orders placed on our website. If your order contained a free gift this will also need to be returned in order to receive a refund.
