We all know the secret to a GOOD day starts with a great MORNING routine – and this one will set you up for your BEST day yet! From setting intentions to getting outside for a Hot Girl Walk, we break down how to prioritise YOU every morning so you can have a more productive day!

 

  1. SET YOUR ALARM

    Reclaim your morning and set your alarm a little earlier than usual to allow more time to prioritise YOU! Try 15-minutes earlier, then 30-minutes earlier before building up to one-hour earlier!

SET INTENTIONS

Grab your journal and set 2-3 intentions for today!! How do you want to feel? What do you want to achieve? And what do you need? Let these intentions guide you through your day!

FEED YOUR SOUL

Start to gently move and slowly head downstairs to make yourself a delicious morning Matcha and breakfast bowl!

GET OUTDOORS
