Returns:
Simply return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we will not be able to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on used items. We are unable to process a refund or exchange on Mascara. We can only accept returns or exchanges for orders placed on our website. If your order contained a free gift this will also need to be returned in order to receive a refund.

Lovely eyeshadow palette
The colours in this palette are beautiful, and go on really nice. While bendable, you risk them blending into each other and losing their pigment, and I usually have to top them up after blending. The colours don't last on the eyelids as well as most other eyeshadows, despite using primers that work really well with other products and that's a shame.
Hi there, thank you for leaving us a review and so sorry that you're not getting along with your eyeshadows! We suggest using a concealer and powder to set before applying your eyeshadow to ensure your lid base is matte and able to hold product! We hope that this helps xx
I received my pallet in a Xmas calendar, it was number 25! And I used it for the days festivities. It's creamy, bendable. The matt colours are so even. The shimmers are giving an eye an catching sheen/shimmer. Great quality. I used another pallet alongside it to add another colour and it mixed well. I own around 50 pallets and it must be a team player and blend well with others..it's a little treat this pallet.
