Standard US Delivery:
Orders under $45: $6.50
Orders $45 or over: FREE
Please note: all orders are sent tracked. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email, including a tracking code, when your order leaves our warehouse. If you have any queries, please contact our customer service team.
We aim to deliver all standard mainland US standard deliveries within 3-7 working days. Remote locations, adverse conditions or courier-specific issues may cause delays. Sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer.
Returns:
Simply return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we will not be able to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on used items. We are unable to process a refund or exchange on Mascara. We can only accept returns or exchanges for orders placed on our website. If your order contained a free gift this will also need to be returned in order to receive a refund.

I recently tried the Iconic London Triple Threat Mascara, and I have to say, I'm really impressed! The brush design is great; it grabs every single lash, which is a big plus for me. I love how it adds both volume and length without clumping. One of the best things is that it stays put throughout the day—no smudging or flaking, which is something I often struggle with. My lashes look full and defined, and I’ve received quite a few compliments on my eye makeup since I started using it.

Love this mascara. Really pigmented, doesn't clump on the lashes and the wand is perfect to get right down to the root of the lash for smooth application root to tip
This mascara is so bad. It’s a very dry formula, but at same time very fibrous and goes clumpy if you apply more than one coat; which you need to because you can’t manage to apply to all lashes first time. Woukd not recommend
